These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. Because Big Drop respects your privacy, we have procedures to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure, and responsible manner. If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. Big Drop will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

Federal law requires credit card companies to reimburse any unauthorized charges above $50. If your credit card company will not refund the remaining $50, we will cover the charge.
Payment Policy
Big Drop will charge your credit card account immediately when you place your order. Refunds are processed as needed and funds refunded should be returned to your account 2-3 business days following the refund processing.
All payment information transmitted to Big Drop is secured by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your information. No credit card information is stored on our servers for any reason at any time.
